Dewatering Dengan Pemompaan

Deskripsi
Salah satu masalah dalam pekerjaan konstruksi bangunan atau tambang terbuka adalah air tanah yang menyebabkan lokasi penggalian menjadi basah, sehingga alat gali akan mengalami kesulitan dalam penggalian. Begitupun juga pada tambang terbuka, air tanah yang mengisi jenjang- jenjang (bench) pada tambang terbuka yang akan memicu terjadinya kelongsoran atau ketidakstabilan jenjang-jenjang tersebut.
Upaya untuk mengatasi hal tersebut di atas adalah dengan melakukan dewatering, yaitu upaya pekerjaan mengurangi kandungan air tanah pada lokasi penggalian atau pada jenjang penambangan sehingga menjadi kering atau bebas air dengan pemompaan yang akan mencegah air masuk kedalam lokasi penggalian, mencegah pengembangan dasar galian akibat tekanan air, memperbaiki karakteristik kompaksi tanah dan mengurangi tekanan lateral tanah sehingga alat gali pada lokasi penggalian akan lebih mudah melakukan penggalian serta kestabilan jenjang akan lebih baik dan tidak mudah runtuh.

DESKRIPSI
This course covers real-world bearing lubrication in a dynamic, skills-based learning approach. Upon course completion, students will have learned the skills needed to choose, apply and maintain lubricants in bearing applications plant wide.
Upon completion this course,
• Participant will be able to evaluate and select appropriate lubricants for a wide variety of rolling element bearing applications. For greased applications, this includes choosing an appropriate grease base, stiffness, base oil and additives, if needed, for proper operation.
• The participant will also be able to compute grease intervals and re lubrication amounts for a variety of application conditions, such as contamination, high or low temperatures and vibration.
• For oil lubricated applications, the participant will be able to choose the correct oil viscosity, delivery method (standing oil, circulating oil, air/oil, oil mist) and oil change out intervals.
