DESKRIPSI
Program ini akan memberikan pemahaman tentang konsep dasar training sebagai salah satu unsur utama dalam proses pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia serta Bagaimana men-design Training, termasuk membuat Lesson Plan dan Leader’s Guide sebagai bagian dari persiapan mengajar, dan SOP atau Standard Operating Procedure yang digunakan sebagai Training Manual.
Namun, seringkali training yang dilakukan tidak berdampak apapun terhadap karyawan, terutama pada 3 komponen kompetensi karyawan yang terdiri dari Knowledge, Skill, dan Attitude. Singkatnya, training yang dilakukan bisa dikatakan tidak berhasil, dan sudah barang tentu tidak efektif.
Ironisnya, tidak semua perusahaan atau organisasi mampu menganalisis tingkat keberhasilan dan kegagalan training dengan efektif. Bahkan banyak perusahaan yang rajin melakukan training atau mengikutsertakan karyawan dalam sejumlah program training, juga belum memahami hal ini. Padahal keberhasilan dan kegagalan training dapat dianalisis sehingga diketahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi penyebabnya.

Foundation is the base of any structure. Without a firm foundation, the structure cannot stand.
