PELATIHAN DISSOLVED GAS ANALYSIS IN OIL FILLED TRANSFORMERS

Dissolved Gas Analysis – Setiap peralatan elektronik mempunyai batasan umur tertentu, tak terkecuali transformator. Sebagai peralatan tegangan tinggi tidak lepas dari kemungkinan mengalami kondisi abnormal, dimana pemicunya dapat berasal dari internal maupun eksternal trafo. Ketidaknormalan ini akan menimbulkan dampak terhadap kinerja trafo. Apabila transformator ini mengalami kegagalan maka akan mengganggu kelangsungan sistem tenaga listrik. Untuk mencegah hal ini perlu dilakukan pengawasan terhadap kondisi trafo dengan cara melakukan pemeliharaan secara teratur. Salah satu metoda untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya ketidaknormalan pada trafo adalah dengan mengetahui dampak dari ketidaknormalan trafo itu sendiri. Untuk mengetahui dampak ketidakbenaran pada trafo digunakan metoda DGA (Dissolved gas analysis).

Pelatihan DGA adalah proses untuk menghitung kadar/nilai dari gas-gas hidrokarbon yang terbentuk akibat ketidaklaziman. Untuk mendeteksi kondisi isolasi dan mengidentifikasi penyebab kegagalan pada isolasi maka perlu dilakukan preventive maintenance. Sementara untuk mendeteksi kondisi minyak trafo dilakukan pengujian Breakdown Voltage (BDV), Dissolve Gas Analysis (DGA) dan rangkaian pengujian laboratorium seperti pengujian untuk mengukur viskositas, titik nyala, kandungan air dan warna minyak trafo.

Deskripsi VIBRATION ANALYSIS & TRIBOLOGY

Unit Pembangkitan Energi Listrik yang didalamnya terdapat berbagai macam peralatan pendukung seperti rotating equipment dan electrical system, sangat perlu menjaga keandalan pasokan energi listrik sehingga diperlukan suatu metode maintenance yang efektif yang disesuaikan tujuan akhir keandalan demi kepuasan pelanggan. Mapping equipment versus technology sangat diperlukan demi efektivitas maintenance. Untuk peralatan yang cukup mudah diperoleh dipasaran dan sulit untuk memprediksi kapan terjadinya kerusakan cukup dioperasikan berjenis run to failure saja. Sedangkan peralatan yang bersifat rotating equipment jenis kerusakan dapat diprediksi dengan menggunakan teknologi vibration analysis.

Vibration Analysis adalah sebuah metode untuk   mendeteksi unbalance, misalignment, kebengkokan shaft, eccentric rotors, Pulley dan Belts dan sebagainya, selain itu juga mengetahui adanya resonansi, mechanical looseness, oil whirl, kerusakan bearing, permasalahan gear mesh, motor dan lainnya. Sedangkan Tribology and Oil Analysis didefinisikan sebagai gudangnya pengetahuan pada persentuhan permukaan pada pergerakan relative contohnya pada jurnal bearing dan pelumasnya. Dengan analisa partikel keausan dapat disimpulkan mengenai kondisi dari internal part. Pengujian tersebut juga membandingkan sifat kimia dan fisik terhadap minyak pelumas baru untuk mengetahui fungsinya sebagai pelumas masih normal atau tidak selain itu juga meliputi pemeriksaan viskositas, kandungan air dan zat aditif.

Dalam pelatihan ini, akan dibahas mengenai implementasi Vibration Analysis dan Tribology untuk keperluan predictive maintenance secara detail mulai dari aspek teori hingga hal-hal yang bersifat terapan.

Penggunaan peralatan putar (rotating equipment) dalam proses produksi telah banyak digunakan di berbagai industry mulai dari skala kecil hingga skala besar.
