DESKRIPSI
Saat ini, semakin banyak faktor yang menjadi perhatian perusahaan dalam keputusan pelaksanaan training. Biaya pelatihan yang semakin meningkat, manajemen yang semakin ‘result oriented’, dan paradigma bahwa semua aktivitas harus terukur menjadi penentu utama. Dipercaya rata-rata hanya 10-20% saja dari hasil pelatihan yang kemudian bisa dipraktekkan di tempat kerja, menghasilkan perubahan dan peningkatan prestasi kerja. Karenanya, kebutuhan akan kemampuan yang komprehensif dari seorang trainer agar tujuan pelatihan tercapai lebih optimal semakin dicari.

Program ini di desain untuk untuk mereka yang ingin mendapatkan keahlian dalam memfasilitasi training yang efektif, sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.
