Heat Exchanger: Design, Operation, Maintenance, And Troubleshoting

DESCRIPTION
Heat Exchanger (HE) merupakan peralatan yang banyak digunakan dalam industri proses (process industry) yang berfungsi menukarkan/ mengalirkan panas dari suatu fluida ke fluida lainnya. Secara sederhana, prinsip kerja HE adalah dua fluida yang berbeda temperature, yang satu dialirkan dalam tube dan yang lainnya dalam shell hingga bersentuhan secara tidak langsung, sehingga panas dari fluida yang temperaturenya lebih tinggi berpindah ke fluida yang temperaturenya lebih rendah. Hasil dari proses ini adalah fluida panas yang masuk akan menjadi lebih dingin dan fluida dingin yang masuk akan menjadi lebih panas.
Peralatan ini banyak dipasang dalam sistem (plant) yang menghasilakan kalor/ panas yang tinggi sehingga membutuhkan proses pengaturan temperatur yang presisi tinggi agar potensi bahaya yang muncul seperti peledakan, kebocoran dan sebagainya dapat dicegah.
Karena sistem ini sangat berisiko tinggi maka perlu desain sistem, pengoperasian, perawatan dan troubleshooting yang baik dengan mengacu standard desain, operasi serta perawatan yang berlaku.
Setelah mengikuti pelatihan ini peserta diharapkan :
• Mampu melakukan penilaian unjuk kerja suatu heat exchanger,
• Dapat melakukan dasar-dasar prediksi penyebab gejala malfunction suatu heat exchanger,
• Mampu mengembangkan teknik maintenance heat exchanger,
• Memahami dan mampu melakukan perancangan awal berdasarkan rancangan beban kalor/thermal dan rancangan mekanis serta mengetahui bagaimana proses manufakturnya, sehingga mampu memilih spesifikasi heat exchanger,

DESKRIPSI
Generator adalah peralatan utama pada unit pembangkit yang berfungsi menghasilkan energi listrik. Unjuk kerja generator selain dipengaruhi oleh aspek operasinya sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor pemeliharaannya. Kesalahan dalam melakukan pemeliharaan akan menyebabkan gangguan vibrasi dan menurunnya kemampuan sehingga kinerja unit turun. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut perlu SDM yang kompeten, pelatihan ini dapat memberikan solusi terhadap masalah pemeliharaan generator di unit pembangkit.

Gas Turbine Technology

COURSE DESCRIPTION
The use of Gas Turbines in the Power Generation, Petrochemical and Pipeline Industries has increased considerably in the last few years. The development, in particular, of Combined Cycle and Combined Heat and Power applications has accelerated the use of Industrial Gas Turbines. This course will cover the design, operation and maintenance of the various types of Gas Turbine and Gas Turbine applications. Presenting this course at our facility will allow attendees to see practical examples of Gas Turbine Components, types of component faults and associated repair techniques.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The primary function of this five-day course is to allow the attendee a detailed understanding of the applications, operations and maintenance of Gas Turbines. Furnace And Heat Exchanger

DESKRIPSI
Furnace atau dapur atau ruang bakar adalah suatu konstruksi yang dirancang sebagai tempat untuk mendapatkan proses pembakaran, yaitu proses reaksi secara cepat antara unsur/molekul yang terdapat pada bahan bakar dengan oksigen, sehingga menghasilkan kalor. Kalor yang diperoleh digunakan untuk memanaskan zat yang membutuhkan/dikehendaki. Heat exchanger atau alat penukar kalor adalah suatu peralatan yang berfungsi untuk memindahkan kalor dari suatu fluida ke fluida yang lain karena perbedaan temperatur. Berdasarkan mekanisme transfer kalornya, ada berbagai jenis/tipe heat exchanger. Jenis shell dan tube heat exchanger merupakan jenis heat exchanger yang paling bayak digunakan dalam industri. Hal tersebut dikarenakan oleh kemampuannya beroperasi pada tekanan tinggi, pemilihan bahan yang leluasa, pengoperasian yang mudah maupun efektivitas perpindahan kalor yang tinggi.

Emergency Generator System

DESKRIPSI
Kehandalan sistem daya listrik dalam sebuah industri harus selalu dijaga. Dalam kondisi tertentu dan karena sesuatu, misalnya gangguan atau kejadian yang emergency, ketersedian daya listrik yang dibutuhkan menjadi terhambat dan terganggu, dan sementara sistem/plant sangat membutuhkan daya listrik yang stabil untuk menjaga proses produksi yang berjalan.
